Yes, you can get married at EDC Las Vegas this month
Found a partner who’s as head-over-heels in love with dance music as you? It might be time to make it official, with one of the world’s most renowned festivals as your backdrop. After successfully launching the concept in 2013, Insomniac has announced the return of its wedding chapel at Electric Daisy Carnival’s flagship Vegas event this month.
Couples can get married ‘under the electric sky’ with an EDC or Elvis minister, before celebrating until dawn at one of the festival’s many stacked stages. It’s also a thrifty option, as Insomniac sells it: “The first package, available for $35 per person, will include passed appetizers, a celebratory champagne toast and dedicated wait staff. The second option priced at $125 per person, will also include a choice of an entrée from the VIP Dining Deck menu and a commemorative bottle of champagne for the bride and groom signed by the Insomniac team.”
If you’re wondering whether to tie the knot in Vegas, Tommie Sunshine is sure to recommend it. The DJ and scene ambassador married his longtime girlfriend Tiny Daniela there last summer, on the same weekend that he lit up EDC with a set on the HARD-hosted cosmicMEADOW stage.
You can head to EDC’s special weddings page to find out all the particulars. Also available is a non-legal commitment ceremony or renewals, which you can do at the festival for free. Meanwhile, for those who only want to party (without the marriage part), this year’s EDC line-up is colossal.
