Watch Skrillex do Australia in this epic Stereosonic recap video

This time two months ago, Stereosonic was in full swing. With five legs of the festival spread over two weekends and everything Electronic Music Conference-related crammed in between, it was the busiest week on the Australian dance music calendar all year long. But you don’t have to take our word for it.

Click play below and you can relive Stereosonic week through the eyes of team OWSLA (as shot by videographer Peter Don at donslens.com). In 2014 the OWSLA team brought out big dog Skrillex plus Alex Metric and Jack Beats to play the festival alongside local recruits What So Not, Carmada and Nick Thayer (“the Australian bass mafia,” as WSN’s Emoh dubs it).

As well as hanging out with friends like RL Grime and DJ Snake, the aftermovie follows Skrillex and co as they stop off at the triple j studios to record their epic B2B2B2B mix and hit Sydney club Goodgod for the free Tuesday night show that saw everyone from Nina Las Vegas to RL Grime take the decks.

There’s plenty of DJ-spotting to be had, too: keep your eyes peeled and you’ll see cameos from local heroes like Wave Racer, Young Franco, Alison Wonderland, Wax Motif and Kilter. Dive in below.
