Ultra Music Festival just revealed which Australian cities it’s hitting
On stage at its flagship event in Miami last month, Ultra Music Festival broke the very exciting news that it’s expanding to Australia.
Today, Ultra has revealed that two Australian cities – Melbourne and Sydney – are on its radar. The festival juggernaut will launch in Melbourne in February 2018 with a ‘Road To Ultra’ event, with the full-scale Ultra Music Festival hitting both Sydney and Melbourne in 2019.
Road To Ultra events typically take place over a single day and have smaller line-ups than Ultra’s full-scale festivals, and have previously been staged in the likes of Thailand, Singapore and Japan. Partnering with Ultra in Australia are Melbourne-based party makers Lucky Ent.
For now, that’s all the info we have – but you can pre-register for Road to Ultra tickets right now.
Or if you can’t wait until 2018 for the Ultra experience, you could always make the trip to one of the festival’s eight different Asian destinations – in June Ultra will hit both Singapore and Seoul in Korea with a line-up that includes everyone from Sasha and John Digweed to Hardwell and Tiesto.
