Turns out Deadmau5 hates The Chainsmokers as much as you do

If you’re into dance music, you almost certainly have an opinion on The Chainsmokers. Since they released viral hit ‘Selfie’ back in 2014, the New York duo have managed to raise the ire of just about every notable dance act on the planet.

The public isn’t exactly fond of them either. Last year they landed themselves in serious hot water over their controversial interview with Billboardin which they offered up such profound quotes as: “Even before success, pussy was number one” and “We’re just frat bro dudes, you know what I mean? Loving ladies and stuff”.

Canadian producer Deadmau5 — never one to hold back — hasn’t been silent on the matter of the dance’s most infamous duo. Back in April, in response to a New York Times article titled ‘How Do You Solve A Problem Like The Chainsmokers‘, he fired off this tweet:

So we’re gonna take a stab and say he probably wasn’t lining up to buy their latest album Memories…Do Not Open. Nevertheless, a few days ago Zimmerman gave them another chance, and he really didn’t like what he heard.
