The legendary Sasha and Digweed are reuniting for a back-to-back set

Prog-house titans Sasha and Digweed don’t team-up terribly often these days, so fan boys and girls will be ecstatic at news that the two journey-masters are joining forces for one very special back-to-back gig this coming European summer.

The Social Festival director – and prog legend in his own right – Nic Fanciulli has convinced Sasha and Digweed to team up again for his annual shindig The Social Festival in the UK’s Kent County. The superstar pair will headline the festival’s Friday line-up, while the Saturday brings Carl Cox, Annie Mac and more to be announced.

The Social Festival is the first date to be revealed from an upcoming September tour by Sasha and Digweed, which they revealed on Facebook earlier this month, following on from a pair of recent releases: Sasha’s first artist album in 14 years, Scene Delete, and John Digweed’s new Live in Montreal mix.

The Social Festival arrives at Kent County Showground on 9 and 10 September – there’s more info on the poster below and tickets start at AUD$121 for the weekend (without camping) over here.
