The Future Music Festival 2012 line-up has landed!

ARE YOU LOOKING FOR THE 2012 SECOND LINE-UP? RIGHT OVER HERE.

After months of impatient waiting, it’s finally time to lift the curtain on the 2012 Future Music Festival line-up. The festival set the bar high with last summer’s edition led by The Chemical Brothers and Pendulum, but this time round there’s even more to take in. After some blockbuster headliners? Check. Looking for those elusive acts we’ve been hoping to see for a couple of years now? Yep, they’re here too. And how about the Swedish House Mafia – the all-conquering trio who can sell out New York’s Madison Square Garden in the blink of the eye – at the top of the list? That’s a lock as well.

It’s certainly momentous news that Steve Angello, Sebastian Ingrosso and Axwell will be lighting up the mainstage around the country, in unison for the first time ever. It’s the tour we didn’t think would happen, and here it is – surrounded by a whole lot more festival star power.

Seasoned crowd-puller Fatboy Slim also leads the charge, while fans will surely be rejoicing that Paul van Dyk has booked his return visit to fly the trance flag alongside Gareth Emery. Live acts are once again at the fore, including UK crossover heroes Chase & Status, The Rapture, Hercules & Love Affair and Die Antwoord. Oh, and in case you hadn’t noticed yet, Future has finally coaxed Aphex Twin back here to melt some minds.

What else? There’s 2011’s fastest-rising star Skrillex in full effect, Sven Vath back at the helm of The Likes Of You tent (naturally!) and those disco authorities James Murphy and Pat Mahoney rolling with distinguished friends like Azari & III and The Juan Maclean.

It’s certainly a big one – so check out the list below! This is just the first round of names, so there’s plenty more to come.
