Sydney gets Stereosonic sideshows with Showtek, Ferry Corsten, Afrojack, more
Marquee Sydney has scored some huge Stereosonic sideshows over the next few weeks, with EDM superstars Ferry Corsten and Showtek heading straight from the festival to the casino to play a double headline bill on Saturday November 30. Planning to head straight from the festival to the sideshow? Don’t stress about your attire – the usual dress regulations for Marquee have been relaxed for this event, and you’ll be able to get in wearing t-shirts and shorts (no singlets or thongs, unfortunately, but they are offering t-shirts for sale on the door if you’re feeling under-dressed).
Also stopping by Marquee during their visit for Stereosonic are Afrojack on Friday December 6 (who recently promised inthemix that he wouldn’t embarrass his three million Facebook fans by getting naked in the street, happily) and mask-loving Dutch electro-house star Nicky Romero.
Tuesday December 3 also sees a showcase for Electronic Music Conference with chart-topping dubstep trio Krewella, dance music legend Tommie Sunshine, local star Kaz James and Dutch duo Sunnery James & Ryan Marciano. Plus globe-conquering Australian sister-duo Nervo will be back on Saturday December 21.
