Rejoice, Flume just dropped a brand new track with Kučka

Harley ‘Flume’ Streten has just shared a brand new track called ‘Hyperreal’.

‘Hyperreal’ sees the hitmaker team up once more with Perth vocalist Kučka, who appeared on two of the tracks on Streten’s second album Skin – ‘Numb & Getting Colder’ and ‘Smoke & Retribution’ alongside Vince Staples.

According to his label Future Classic, this is the last piece of music from the Skin album cycle, meaning there’ll probably be a long wait before we get any more new music from Flume.

It’s been close to a year since Flume released his second album, and a lot’s happened since then. In the last 11 months Harley Streten has topped triple j’s Hottest 100 with Never Be Like You, gone five times platinum, sold out a 70-date world tour, picked up eight ARIA Awards and even won his first Grammy.

Sydney’s boy wonder has also shared two new EPs made up of music recorded during the sessions for his album. The Skin Companion EP 2 features collaborations with Pusha T, Glass Animals and Moses Sumney, and is out on vinyl today. Listen to ‘Hyperreal’ below.
