Merivale’s summer party series is back in Sydney this month
Last summer nightlife kings Merivale launched Sunday Sundown, their new weekly summer party series. Bringing Australia’s best dance acts to waterside venues around the city proved a winning combo so this summer, they’re doing it all over again.
Sunday Sundown returns this month and will stick around until February, with 32 artists spread across 16 events at two sun-soaked venues – Coogee Rooftop and The Newport. A big part of the Merivale’s focus is on live music, meaning you can catch acts like Client Liaison, Montaigne and Jarryd James alongside selectors like Sampology, Basenji, Nina Las Vegas and Yolanda Be Cool.
Also on the agenda is a a New Year’s Day bash headlined by Pnau – who recently released their first single in four years – and featuring a set from rising star Running Touch. Luke Million will headline an Australia Day party at the Coogee Rooftop.
