Listen to the new Swick track everyone’s talking about

In the wake of his national club tour with Nina Las Vegas, Melbourne fast-riser Swick has dropped a new track called Crystal Palace that brings the neon synths of PC Music into contact with some seriously manic percussion. It’s out on Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaur’s label, Nice Age, and it’s damn good.

Swick has been releasing a bunch of great music lately, a lot of which has involved collaborations with other Australian artists. Tkay Maidza, Lucid, and long-time production buddy Lewis Cancut have all gotten the call in recent months, plus 2014’s Skrillex-approved team-up with Nina Las Vegas is still in the virtual crate of many a DJ.

As for this track, TEED himself has opinions. “I get a buzz from Swick’s music,” the Brit told The Fader. “It feels a million miles away from the too often conservative current house and techno sound in Europe at the moment. Which is good, as he’s Australian.” You can stream the new Swick track below and continue the TEED x Australia love-in by flashing back to this jam from Anna Lunoe.
