Laneway Festival’s huge 2016 line-up is in

In 2016, St. Jerome’s Laneway Festival will return for its 12th year with one of their biggest line-ups yet.

Homegrown superstar Flume leads the bill for next year’s festival, for what’s to be his first full Australian tour in over a year. And according to Laneway HQ, the hitmaker born Harley Streten will have some new songs to show off: “Flume’s Laneway appearance will be incredibly special, with a brand new show and a preview of material from his hugely anticipated second LP, due in 2016,” they confirmed in a press release. Get excited.

Joining Flume is fellow beatmaker Hudson Mohawke (who leaked his spot on the bill in June), PC Music hero QT, homegrown favourites Hermitude and future pop duo Purity Ring. Then there’s Grimes, CHVRCHES, DIIV and Beach House, to cherrypick a few of the acts who’ll keep you dancing this summer – scroll down for the full line-up.

Next year’s Laneway tour kicks off overseas in Singapore and Auckland, hitting Adelaide on February 5 and snaking through Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Perth from there. Head to the website for all the ticket details. [Article image via Laneway Facebook page]
