Here’s three local releases you should definitely check out today
If you were scratching around searching for new tracks to add to your playlist, we’ve got you covered. Three of the best acts in Aussie dance music have released new music today, from a slick bass single, to a new EP, to one of the most highly-anticipated albums of the year. Dive in.
First up, Perth bass star Enschway has dropped his new track ‘Over U’, featuring Adelaide singer Yeah Boy (who you might know as one half of Parachute Youth.) It’s the first new tune from the Sweat It Out signee since he released ‘I’ll Wait’ back in February, and since then he’s played his first ever national headline tour, supported RL Grime on his run around the country, and dropped a massive set at Splendour In The Grass.

Meanwhile, Brisbane’s UV Boi is today celebrating the release of his new EP, Returned Alone. It’s the producer’s second EP — following L-UV in March last year — and he’ll be heading out on the road in support of it later this month, hitting up venues in capital cities and some regional centres.

Last, but definitely not least, is Touch Sensitive. The local hero finally released his debut album Visions today, after years and years of intermittently dropping dancefloor bangers like ‘Body Stop, ‘Pizza Guy’ and the recent ‘Lay Down’.
The much-loved Sydney producer will play Listen Out later in the month, no doubt dropping in plenty of tracks from his freshly-pressed album. Listen to two of Visions’ tracks below, and buy or stream the full record here.
