Hear Baauer’s new banger with two rap superstars

It’s been almost ten years since Baauer first wrote the mega-viral hit that became his curse, Harlem Shake, but he’s finally cast aside the lingering shadow of that viral meme phenomenon to drop his debut LP Aa.

A recent interview with Rolling Stone revealed an A-list cast of contributors for Aa, from M.I.A to bass don Rustie, and now Baauer’s dropped the third single off the album, Kung Fu featuring crack rap king Pusha T delivering verses and the reigning champion of self-loathing Future on the hook.

Future warbles his signature Alprazolam-slurred autotune harmonies over a pitch-bent bassline from Baauer while King Push measures out some of his best boasts in a minute (“The dope game is my sport, Welcome to the wide world of snort”). Give it a listen via SoundCloud below.

Kung Fu is the third track to drop off Aa, preceeded by the heavy trap beasts Day Ones and GoGo. The 13-track debut is due to drop on 18 March, and you can preorder it on iTunes.
