Future Entertainment & Hardware call it a day on Two Tribes

Future Entertainment, one half of the team behind legendary dance festival Two Tribes (along with Hardware), have announced that they’ll be putting the event to bed in 2007. With a long history in the Australian dance scene for putting on one of the most eagerly anticipated dance festivals each year, the news will come as a blow to many, but you needn’t shed a tear as they have plans for an exciting new venture that will undoubtedly rival the size and scale of Two Tribes!

Launched this year in Sydney, in 2007 the Future Music Festival will hit the road and tour nationally, taking in shows across all of Australia’s major cities and in New Zealand over the space of three weekends. It’s promised that the Future Music Festival will differ from Two Tribes by being a fresh, new, diverse and dynamic multi genre festival. The concept will see an exciting lineup of international talent headlining the tour, with cutting edge DJs, live acts and MCs to be announced over the coming months.

The Future Music Festival will visit Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth and Auckland from March 3rd to March 17th. Stay tuned to ITM for updates!
