Electric Gardens Festival 2017 has announced a massive launch party in Sydney
Dubfire made quite an impression when he closed out the CODE stage at Sydney’s inaugural Electric Gardens Festival last year.
And the techno legend – half of the early-1990s duo Deep Dish – will be back in Sydney before Xmas, playing the festival’s launch party at The Ivy on December 10. The team behind Electric Gardens, T1000 Events, will take over the entire venue for the daytime party, which will also feature Dublin producer Matador (aka Gavin Lynch).
Electric Gardens took place for the first time at Sydney’s Centennial Park over the Australia Day long weekend last year. Acts on the 2015 bill included Fatboy Slim, John Digweed, James Zabiela, Hernan Cattaneo, Nick Warren and Henry Saiz.
First release tickets ($50, plus booking fees) and VIP packages are available through Moshtix now.
