After announcing its return to the Australian festival scene two weeks ago, Creamfields has revealed their 2017 event will be headlined by none other than Deadmau5.
The superstar born Joel Zimmerman will take the stage on Sunday, November 26 in Melbourne — with the festival’s venue to be announced soon. It’s the second Aussie festival the Canadian producer is headlining this year, having previously been locked in for Sydney’s Sensation on November 25.
The shows are Deadmau5’s first since Future Music in 2014. More exciting still, they’ll mark the Australian debuts of his new and improved Cube 2.1 show.
There are plenty more acts in the pipeline for Creamfields, and given that Sensation has already announced the likes of Oliver Heldens, Fedde Le Grand, Don Diablo and Gareth Emery, it’s fair to assume that those acts could also be heading south to Melbourne.
Check out all the details below; promoters have yet to release ticket details.
