Chinese Laundry announces May headliners

Sydney institution Chinese Laundry has revealed its list of May headliners, and it’s another strong lineup of international and Australian guests covering a wide range of electronic music.

Fridays continue to push a variety of bass-heavy sounds, with the likes of Hospital Records darlings Fred V & Grafix and RAM Records’ genre-bending Delta Heavy teaming up for a double header on the 10th. Local young gun LDRU will also be making his headline debut at the club, bringing his futuristic-but-party-rocking sound to the Laundry with Kid Kenobi also along for the ride.

Lovers of four-to-the-floor rhythms have plenty to get excited about too. The man who makes combining the emotion of warm electronica with the precision of techno seem easy, Max Cooper, will be playing a four hour set on the 4th. There’s also the master of the slow burn Radioslave getting deep on the 18th and tech funk pioneer Elite Force tearing it up on the 25th.
