Check out a stack of new songs Diplo thinks you should hear

Back in April, Diplo announced he was launching a new SoundCloud account dedicated to “all the best music in the world that isn’t mine.”

Running with the simple name of ‘Diplo Approved,’ the page has been especially active in recent weeks, with a tastemaker’s tick of approval for artists like Trippy Turtle, Milo & Otis, Tamara Saul, Rudi Zygadlo and masked rapper Leikeli47. If you want to know what’s catching the ear of one of the world’s most clued-in DJs, look no further.

Meanwhile, if you want to “go deeper” with a couple of the Mad Decent boss’s favorite artists right now, head straight for the latest episode of his ‘Diplo & Friends’ radio show. The first hour is manned by Scottish producer Tom Banks, aka Lockah, one of the brightest stars on the Donky Pitch label, before the next stretch is handed over to Mad Decent beatmaker Dawn Golden, who specializes in dreamy, blissed-out sounds. (If you haven’t yet, check out his recent album, Still Life.)

Last month, the tireless party-starter otherwise known as Wesley Pentz took to Facebook to casually announce a new 12-track compilation entitled, fittingly enough, Random White Dude Be Everywhere. It’s available now for pre-order from his official website, and will drop on July 29. The all-killer LP features tried-and-true Diplo favorites like Express Yourself and Revolution, alongside notable collaborations with the likes of Steve Aoki, Waka Flocka Flame, Yellow Claw and GTA.
