Carl Cox reveals his 2012 Ibiza recruits

With scene hero Carl Cox at the helm, The Revolution at Space remains one of Ibiza’s standout success stories. Last year marked a decade on the White Isle for Cox and his crew, and he’s set to return in a big way this season. Having already announced the concept for The Revolution in 2012, the stalwart DJ has now revealed the first round of guests he’ll be inviting into the hallowed Space booth on Tuesday nights. From returning alumni to new faces, it’s quite a cast, as you can see in the alphabetically-arranged list below.

While Cox himself will be The Revolution’s most consistent presence, he’s also recruited Nic Fanciulli, Umek and Yousef as fellow residents. Drum & bass and dubstep get their moment with acts like Andy C and Artwork, but largely it’s big-room tech-house and techno that leads the way. Seasoned Ibiza players John Digweed, Fatboy Slim, DJ Sneak and Laurent Garnier are there, alongside inthemix favourites like Guy J, Ben Sims, Deetron and Josh Wink. Not to mention our very own export Mo Funk!

The season stretches from 3 July to 18 September, and a detailed party calendar will be announced soon. We wager that whatever week you’re planning to be there, there’ll be a good reason to join The Revolution.
