Carl Cox drops the line-up for his new Ibiza parties

Last September, Carl Cox ended his 15-year residency at the legendary Space Ibiza with a nine-hour set for the history books.

After the dust settled and Space shut its doors, many questioned whether the iconic selector would stick around in Ibiza for 2017 – especially when he used a recent interview to talk about how the island is “slipping” in standards.

Thankfully, we now have confirmation that the big man will be moving over to Privilege for 2017, with the intention of taking the long-serving superclub back to Ibiza’s hedonistic heyday.

He’s staging two ‘Pure’ parties at Privilege and naturally, he’s lined up some of the best techno and house selectors in the game: Joseph Capriati, Jon Rundell and Eric Powell are on hand to launch the party on July 11. The following week has Berghain fave DAX-J, Panorama bar’s Cassy, Nicole Moudaber, Nastia and New York duo The Martinez Brothers locked in.

From July 25 until September 12, Tuesdays at Privilege will be taken over by Ultra Music Festival-devised brand Resistance, who have locked in back-to-back headline sets from John Digweed and Sasha for their eight-week run. Might be time to start booking those flights to the White Isle?
