Brisbane’s The Met announces its big October lineup

Brisbane superclub The Met is launching into summer in a big way – they’ve just dropped their October line-up, and it comes with a little something for everyone, from big-room heroes to local house and techno champions.

Best of all, they’ve recently expanded outdoors, taking over the laneway that runs next to The Met for the Coco Laneway series, a series of “intimate laneway parties with…pop up bars, lighting and entertainment throughout the night,” along with a line-up that leans away from the main room and more towards chill outdoor vibes.

Special mention goes to the Boysnoize Records night on Friday 23 October, with Baltimore’s come-back rap star Spank Rock headlining alongside local techno legends Jensen Interceptor and Stephane 1993. Meanwhile, bass and trap heads will want to mark down 9, 16, 23, 24 and 31 October, when overseas visitors Hydraulix, TJR, Ghastly, Party Thieves and T-Mass stop by to deliver the speaker-shaking bass vibes.

Things will be slightly more chill when local legends Bodhi and Just A Gent stop in October 3 and October 30, respectively, making room for Melbourne bounce star Joel Fletcher to tear things up on Saturday 17 October, while Sydney’s POOLCLVB takes over the Coco laneway.
