BBC legend Gilles Peterson locks in two Australian shows

This December, BBC Radio 1 legend Giles Peterson will fly to Australia to speak at 2015’s Electronic Music Conference, where he’ll be in conversation with Perth-bred innovator Ta-Ku at a special, not-to-be-missed session.

But that’s not all Peterson will be doing while he’s in town – the legendary DJ and radio broadcaster has locked in two intimate shows around his EMC commitments. Giles will play on Thursday December 3 at Sydney’s Oxford Art Factory, heading onto Melbourne’s New Guernica the next night on Friday December 4. He’ll be joined by MC Earl Zinger at both shows.

Tickets are on sale now and all EMC delegate passholders receive an exclusive discount to the cost of entry to Peterson’s Melbourne and Sydney shows by entering the discount code shared via email today.

With over 20 years experience in dance music to drawn on, from his time on pirate radio in London to his days founding the label Talkin’ Loud and current status as the host of BBC Radio 6 show Worldwide, Peterson’s session at EMC promises to be a highlight of this year’s conference program.
