Baauer, Stormzy and Yung Lean are teaming up for a show in Adelaide
Listen Out will hit outdoor venues in Melbourne, Perth, Sydney and Brisbane this spring, bringing a line-up full of hip-hop and electronic music’s biggest names along for the ride.
While Adelaide misses out on the full festival, South Australian punters do have one big reason to celebrate. Thanks to promoters Astral People, three of the biggest names on the Listen Out bill – trap don Baauer, grime star Stormzy and Swedish sad boy Yung Lean – are teaming up for one stacked sideshow. Together, they’ll hit Adelaide’s Thebarton Theatre on September 30, supported by Turning hitmakers Collarbones.
The likes of Anderson .Paak, A$AP Ferg, Gorgon City, Claptone and RUFUS are also set to play this year’s Listen Out tour, which kicks off on September 24 at Melbourne’s Catani Gardens. Locals L D R U, Willow Beats, Cosmo’s Midnight and JOY are also locked in for sets.
Tickets to the Adelaide triple-header show go on sale for a very reasonable $40 from Wednesday July 6. At this stage, no further Listen Out sideshows have been announced.
